The Associate Area Business Manager role provides an exciting opportunity to join our growing Agency Channel team. You'll play a vital role in supporting our insurance agents and driving sales growth within a designated territory.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with assigned insurance agents, providing comprehensive support and guidance to help them achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify potential new clients within your territory.
• Assist agents with prospecting, lead generation, and developing customized insurance solutions for clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations alongside agents, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
• Process and manage agent applications and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, underwriting, customer service) to ensure a seamless experience for agents and clients.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activity, agent performance, and territory growth.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
