Urgent Hiring - Associate Architect

Desired Candidate Profile:

? Experience - minimum of 2-7yrs

? Qualification- B.Arch

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Preparing GFC drawings as per site requirements.

? Preparing sketches/ drawings/ 3D/ presentation for better communication amongst

various teams involved in the project.

? Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service

engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors etc.

? Control project execution at site to ensure quality of construction, correct execution

of drawings and smooth flow of process

? Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines

and regulations

? Record the site status and deadlines of projects.

? Cooperate and liaise with professionals related to the project

? Good knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations

and quality standards

? Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

? Good understanding of structural and MEP drawings, modern building construction methods

and materials.

? Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software & basic knowledge of

SketchUp.
