Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our

dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, excellent

design skills, and a desire to grow within the profession. As a Junior Architect, you

will work closely with senior architects and project teams on various architectural

projects, contributing to all phases of design and construction. This is an excellent

Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior architects in developing architectural designs, plans, and specifications

for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

2. Contribute to the design development process by creating sketches, 3D models, and

renderings using software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

3. Assist in conducting site analysis and research to inform design decisions, including

site visits and documentation.

4. Collaborate with project teams to coordinate the work of consultants, engineers, and

other stakeholders.

5. Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and other documentation required for

permitting and approvals.

6. Assist in ensuring that architectural designs comply with building codes, zoning

regulations, and other applicable standards.

7. Participate in project meetings, both internally and with clients, to present design

proposals and discuss project requirements.

8. Support the quality assurance process by conducting site visits and inspections to

ensure construction work meets design intent and specifications.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in

architecture and design.

10. Contribute to the firm's marketing and business development efforts through

proposal preparation, client presentations, and networking activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?400,000.00 per year
