This role is in Chennai, Maharashtra HYBRID.Responsibilities:This role is critical for PAS to maintain a strong control environment that adheres to Regulatory Rules and Enterprises Holistic Risk Management Culture. Candidate is responsible for monitoring transactional activity of advisory clients, which includes, but not limited to:

• Advisor trading limits (FINRA Rule 15C3-5) - Monitor and approve intra-day trading limits for advisors.

• Order Management Rules Engine Administrator (B/D Risk Controls) - Escalation point for order management rules that prevents orders from going out to the marketplace for execution.

• Private Transactions (FINRA Rule 2121) - Monitor Private Transactions (PT) to ensure investors execution prices are in line with the prevailing market price of the security.

• VoV/PT Desk (FINRA Rule 15C3-5) - Review and approve intra-day trading desk limit request for advisory order flow.

• Review of Management Fees (OCIE Exam priority list)- Monitor management fees to ensure advisors are not charging excessive fees to their customers.

Assist the organization in readiness for three upcoming regulatory rules scheduled to go into effect May of 2024:\xef\x83\x98 FINRA Rule 4210 Covered Agency transaction1 - Establish and monitor advisory firms activity, liquidation process, etc.\xef\x83\x98 CAT/CAIS - Monitor and coordinate with appropriate partners across the organization to ensure that we are meeting our regulatory obligations.\xef\x83\x98 T+1 Initiative - Monitoring allocation, affirmation, confirmation metrics both at the firm level and advisor levelTo be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 5-12 years of related experience preferred. Experience in the wealth management industry is required / highly preferred.
• Amenable to work US Market Hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM),
