Overview:Associate Analysts will handle registrations, filings, document processing. Professional Services team does multiple activities and you will be open for the same. The current opening focuses on state level sales tax registrations and renewals done online. You will be working in an environment where attention is crucial.You will report to Manager, Professtional Services.You will require to work from Pune office 5 days a week and flexible for UK and US shifts. Qualifications:

• Prepare and file Sales & Use tax returns and payments accurately and timely as required by taxing jurisdictions to ensure all return filing deadlines are achieved.
• Should have understanding on state rules and regulations.
• High standards for accuracy to be maintained in line with standard Operating Procedures to avoid causing Penalty and Interest to the client.
• Ability to meet the SLA's and ensuring accurate and timely registration.
• Communicate to manager ongoing status and challenges or blockers if any.
• Stay abreast of all the updates & trends, support overall production/accuracy goals.
• Find and implement opportunities for process improvement and build efficiency.
• Working with the team to plan and prepare monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual filings.
• Serve as front line contact for external customers by answering emails and client calls.
• Assist internal groups with technical issues and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• MBA in Finance would be preferred.
• Knowledge of Sales Tax (VAT & Use Tax) would be preferred.
• Experience of tracking tools like Salesforce & Atlassian Jira
