Store Merchandising Management team is a perfect amalgamation of data, design and execution. Job Summary:


The Associate Analyst plays a supporting role in the trafficking and administration of Graphic assets that goes in Lowe's stores as signages. Working with the Graphic Design team in Bangalore office - SSCB, the Associate will assist in the trafficking and management of graphic assets across all categories. In addition, the role helps with the administrative tasks and data. The Traffic Specialist also works collaboratively with the US Stakeholders - SSCM to organize and tag graphic assets and assists with the upload of these assets into Workfront portal for proofing/review.



This is a fast-paced role that requires a keen eye for detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. The Traffic Specialist must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and be comfortable working in specialized trafficking systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timelines are met for all graphic setups.
• Partnership: Collaborates across the functions of the business to develop and maintain the communications
• Communication Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and vendors, facilitating communication, providing updates, and ensuring alignment on service standards and expectations.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, Merchant feedback, and resolution outcomes, and share the data with leads to generate reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.
• Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements enhance knowledge and skills.

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in administration, Commerce

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Proven experience in vendor manages mentor operations, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

Secondary Skills (desired)

• Experience in retail industry/ supply chain/demand planning/graphic designing
