About the department Finance GBS, established in 2007, is now a robust organization with over 600 full-time employees. We are responsible for supporting Sourcing Analytics, Procurement to Payment, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analytics, Process and Digital Excellence, and Commercial Analytics for all Novo Nordisk affiliates/countries. Our primary mission is to consistently deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders and enhance the value of our processes. Position Responsible for handling Implementation of Business Ethics (BE) Compliance processes and activities in CS&CA GBS. Implementation of BE Compliance activities in CS&CA GBS GBS: Identify BE trends and risks relevant for CS&CA and provide input for BE risk report. Identify mitigation actions to address BE risks and secure adequate implementation through relevant stakeholders. Set up processes around key BE risk areas and secure proper implementation. Educate and engage CS&CA GBS managers and employees through training e.g. On-boarding of new employees. BE Toolbox workshops. Training of relevant vendors First point of contact in relation to BE compliance in CS&CA GBS. Provide directions on which processes to follow. Facilitate communication with Legal, BECO and Regions. Coordinate CS&CA preparation for BE Audits and follow up on actions. Act as LDDR (Local Due Diligence Responsible) for CS&CA GBS. Ensure that TPR BE requirements are followed. Support business projects in CS&CA GBS to support the mgmt. and to strengthen business and commercialisation understanding. Support strategic compliance projects out of BECO. Compliance Expertise demonstrate wide knowledge of requirements, understand global and local impact, apply best practice compliance processes and provide value adding advice. tomanagement on how to anchor a Business Ethics mind-set and ensure compliance. Driving Compliance Programme - Proactively drive the local compliance programme. Develop, execute and follow up on key compliance initiatives. Qualification Academic degree (business background). High understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Experience working with BE in the pharmaceutical industry. Must have experience in RFI/RFP/RFQ, source-to-contract, supplier negotiation, bid analysis, spend analysis, e-Procurement tools, Excel, Power BI and Marketing, Fleet, Meetings and Events, Professional Services . Experience with setting up processes and change management. Used to working with complex stakeholder networks. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English (orally, in writing and through presentations). Pro-active and flexible. Global mindset.
