:What You\'ll DoJob Summary \xe2\x80\x93 Associate AnalystBusiness License Associate Analysts are responsible to handle registrations, filings for all requested licenses, at all levels of government. The current opening focuses on state level sales tax registrations, primarily done online. This position will report to the manager, Analyst and will work in a hybrid model from our Pune office.Job Duties

• You will prepare and file Sales & Use tax returns and payments accurately as required by taxing jurisdictions to ensure all return filing deadlines are achieved.
• You should have understanding on state rules and regulations.
• You will maintain accuracy and be in line with standard Operating Procedures to avoid causing Penalty and Interest to the client.
• Ability to meet the SLA\'s and ensuring accurate registration.
• Communicate to manager ongoing status and challenges or blockers if any.
• Stay abreast of all the updates & trends, support overall production/accuracy goals.
• Find and implement opportunities for process improvement and build efficiency.
• Working with the team to plan and prepare monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual filings.
• Serve as front line contact for external customers by answering emails and client calls.
• Assist internal groups with technical issues and inquiries.
• Be open to accept additional responsibilities assigned to meet the deadlines
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Ability to adhere and deliver as per timelines of various government authorities as per various data formats.
• Flexible to extend working hours, working on weekends and holidays as may be required to complete the filings requirements.

What You\'ll Need to be SuccessfulQualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• MBA in Finance.
• Knowledge of Sales Tax (VAT & Use Tax).
• Experience of tracking tools like Salesforce & Atlassian Jira
