• We seek a team player who can also work autonomously in a collaborative, distributed, and cross-functional environment.
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to manage projects, workflow, and priorities to meet deadlines at high quality standards.
• The ideal candidate has strong research and analytical skills; thorough attention to detail; and good judgment to make decisions independently.
• He/she will also have a positive, confident, and enthusiastic attitude and will demonstrate initiative in the role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and extract data from HTA submissions and reports.

• Data entry and management
• Quality assurance
• Collect, organize, and synthesize clinical and economic information.
• Provide meaningful analyses and insights from HTA reports.
• Interpret, summarize, and present results to the broader team.
• Prepare reports and analyses for internal use as needed.
• Ensure that deliverables meet EVERSANA quality standards.
• Keep up to date on the pricing and reimbursement landscape (US and global) as well as changes in reimbursement rules.
• Stay up to date on latest news in major therapeutic/disease areas.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 0 - 1 Year of experience in HTA, market access, or health economics

• Strong communication skills in English-written and oral.
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Understanding of global HTA agency decision-making processes
• Consulting experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills, Conceptual thinking, Quick Learner & Effective time management.
