As an Associate Analyst in Graphic Design at Novo Nordisk, you will Create, format, design, and visually enhance business presentations in alignment with our brand guidelines. Establish the visual identity for internal projects and design various materials, including emailers, newsletters, infographics, and collaterals.You will also be entrusted with below responsibilities:

• Manage correspondence and materials on behalf of stakeholders while independently executing tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Novo Nordisk global stakeholders to thoroughly understand requirements and meet expectations.
• Ensure seamless support and deliver high-quality creatives within specified timeframes.
• Commit to continuous learning and a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest best practices and innovations in graphic design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master's degree with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in graphic designing.
• Proficient in creating executive-style corporate presentations and internal communication materials.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Cloud. Larger understanding of the business.
• Develop visuals for internal communications and design materials such as emailers, newsletters, infographics, SharePoint site creation, video editing and collaterals. Strong knowledge on presentation skills and creativity.
• In-depth knowledge of design concepts and creative work, with a strong sense of visualization and colour. A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, layout, colour theory, and typography.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Nice to have drawing and sketching skills.
