We support data privacy, study pro support for the Global Medical Affairs department, and drive the digital agenda for BECO. Our department is also responsible for safeguarding Novo Nordisk\'s values and license to operate, tracking payments made to healthcare professionals and organizations, and reporting on business ethics KPIs. We strive for data consistency, completeness, consolidation, and reporting, while also supporting third-party registrations, due diligence, and business ethics compliance frameworks.The positionAs an Associate Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Collaborate with other application development colleagues to design and develop PowerApps applications.
  • Use tools like Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint to automate solutions and drive efficiencies.
  • Work with systems and tools on both a practical and strategic level, engaging with end-users and management.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of various technologies, tools, standards, methods, and best practices.
  • Help stakeholders identify and automate solutions to reduce manual work and drive efficiencies.
QualificationsTo be our new Associate Analyst, we are looking for someone with:
  • A bachelor\'s degree in information technology or computer applications, coupled with experience in software development or data analytics.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in developing PowerApps (Canvas and Model Driven) applications.
  • Experience in using Dataverse tables, assigning Security roles and different Development Environment (Dev, UAT, PROD).
  • Experience in using Power Pages, .NET, SQL, and Bootstrap are preferred.
  • Experience with tools like Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
