As an Associate Analyst, you will have visibility to and participate in our Altus Group services offerings that may include Tax, Cost, and other commercial real estate Intelligence as a Service.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage periodic setup of work files including verifying and reviewing source data.
• Support in research and data analytics relative to real estate investment parameters.
• Prepares and present quarterly financial exhibits in support of valuation and appraisal of assets.
• Prepare accurate analysis of asset and market level real estate data to be used in the asset underwriting and valuation process.
• Complete periodic comparisons of analysis files to analyze impacts and attribute variances.

Key Qualifications:

• 0-2.4 years related experience in Finance, Commerce, Real Estate, Economics
• Real estate background, specifically Commercial experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and oral presentation.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Etc., basic skills in creating financial models (i.e., Excel, Argus, etc.)
