Job Title: Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) - Insurance Industry Location: Bhopal, India : We are seeking a highly motivated and industry-experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) in the insurance sector. The preferred candidate should have prior experience in the Health, General, BFSI, or Pharma insurance industry. As an AADM, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our agency network in Bhopal, with a specific focus on the insurance sector mentioned above. You will work closely with agents, provide training and support, and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the specified industry. Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard agents with expertise in the Health, General, BFSI, or Pharma insurance sector. Provide comprehensive training and guidance to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry-specific regulations. Motivate and support agents to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the designated insurance industry. Monitor and evaluate agent performance regularly, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with agents to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities specific to the Health, General, BFSI, or Pharma insurance sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents specialized in the targeted insurance industry, addressing their concerns and providing timely assistance. Conduct regular meetings with agents to review performance, discuss challenges, and provide updates on industry-specific policies and initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\' activities within the Health, General, BFSI, or Pharma insurance sector to identify new business opportunities. Generate reports and analyze data to track agent performance, sales trends, and market insights within the specified insurance industry. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Health, General, BFSI, or Pharma insurance industry. Strong knowledge of industry-specific products, regulations, and market dynamics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate agents within the targeted insurance sector. Ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals specialized in Health, General, BFSI, or Pharma insurance. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets within the specific insurance industry. Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems.
