The Opportunity:Avantor is looking for an Associate for Admin Receiving EU team. He is responsible to play an important role support by processing Goods receipt for stocks that enter warehouse. The main responsibility is to cross verify the Ordered Materials, Quantity, shared by the supplier towards Avantor Purchase Order request before entering SAP.What were looking forEducation: Diploma or any bachelors degree is preferred.Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in back-office processes will be an added advantage.Preferred Qualification:Ability to work in a Hybrid Work EnvironmentProficient and experienced working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge on SAP SD/ MM will be an added advantage.Good written and verbal communication skillsGood Typing SpeedAbility to work under pressure with high flexibility in changing environments.Willingness to work in rotational shifts.Good decision-making skillsStrong desire to be innovative & contribute to process creation and improvement.How you will thrive and create an impact:The associate's primary responsibility is to verify the received goods to the purchase order.The associate must validate the quantity, delivery date, and any other information provided by the supplier & update SAP as appropriate.Flags and /or highlights important information and acts by forwarding it to appropriate parties for resolution.The fundamental objective is to process the GR as accurately as possible.Adherence to the Operations KPI and business SLAAdditional research and data entry type processes will be added to the above as and when the situation arise.Handling additional duties from time to time.Disclaimer:
