The region employs over 1800 employees and has a long history in the Asian Pacific and African markets, focusing on develop crop nutrition concepts that increase food production and create value to the growers, in particular smallholder farmers, whilst minimizing environmental impact of agricultural activities.YAA is currently undergoing a major transformation, aimed at shifting the existing business models, generating new revenue streams and ultimately delivering profit through new Farming Solutions related activities.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes of the team.Handling treasury-related activities, including cash management and forecasting.Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and collectionsCommunicating effectively with internal such as finance and procurement teams, to resolve issues.Engaging with external stakeholders, such as banking partners, to address inquiries and maintain positive relationships.ProfileCandidates with a B.Com or those who are semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CA.Inter)Looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience.Should have worked in an MNC for India finance team or Audit firm experience particularly in AP & AR functions.SAP exposure is an added advantage.Exposure in similar industry is preferable.Additional InformationAdditional Information - We strive to reflect the diversity in society and encourage all qualified applicants from all background to apply.
