1 To review of analytical documents generated during the analysis Microbiology for adequacy and accuracy.


2 To carry out investigation in-case of out of specification (OOS), Out of Limit (OOL), Laboratory incident (LIR) and deviation and take the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) in Microbiology.


3 To sign off electronically the final document of sample set generated through software where (E-signature is applicable) for all the analysis in microbiology.


4 To approve the batch calculation sheet of finished product as well as stability and daily release status.


5 To ensure online recording and documentation of all the data related to the testing on daily basis and ensure the tractability of the same.


6 To review Document change request (DCR) of SOPs, Protocols etc. as per the change proposal.


7 To review the Microbiology Method Validation Protocol and Summary reports.


8 To ensure and review the calibration documents of all the analysis instruments is accurate.


9 To review calibration reports and report any observations to the Manager/ Supervisor if any.


10 To review audit trails of analytical instruments as per defined procedure.


11 In absence of Team, Manager will ensure these Roles & Responsibilities.


12 To bring to the notice about any abnormalities and non-conformity to Manager/Supervisor.
