This Associate Director Corporate Functions Analytics role is part of the DDIT Global Functions organization and the Corporate Functions team. The person will manage the design of system solutions in alignments with design and architectural standards, while meeting quality, performance, security and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery, project management and knowledge of analytics.

• Ensure that system designs adhere to solution architecture design (i.e. high level conceptual design) and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements
• Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of solutions
• Ensure system design standards are defined to improve and sustain standardization of solutions
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the architecture handbook
• Support scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, propose solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and alignment with business teams
• Ensure that project/enhancements work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints following the release calendars
• Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business
• Ensure that solution testing is performed to meet quality standards
• Establish standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services
• Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Design scope

Additional accountabilities:

• Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities
• Monitor and control execution of project though Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release
• Establish project governance, managing risks and issues
• Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
• Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools
• Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation
• Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope

Role Requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Data or Computer Science or related field or technical discipline and/or relevant.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across borders in a multi-matrix organisation.
• Strong Solution Delivery experience and track record of delivering solutions at scale.
• Experienced in Analytics.
• Knowledge or experience in Corporate Functions would be a bonus.
• Project Management experience.
• Proactive and organised with strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
