The LCCI (Lilly Capability Center India), BI&A (Business Insights & Analytics) team was started in 2017 with the objective of supporting business decisions for functions in the US and ex-US affiliates. This team is part of the LCCI - Commercial Services organization and works very closely with business analytics team based in Indianapolis (HQ). The team currently comprises of more than 100 staff members, with varied backgrounds and skills across data management, analytics and data sciences, business, and operations etc.Associate Consultant/Sr. Associate Consultant - Medical Affairs Business Insights & Analytics, is responsible for partnering with Analytics team to continue the Medical Affairs Analytics engagement model and to build the analytics capability that will support the Medical Affairs organization in making data-driven decisions. This BI&A Medical Affairs Associate Consultant/Sr. Associate Consultant will work with a range of data sources and apply analytical methodologies to help answer critical business questions, while always striving for process improvement and innovation in close collaboration with the other analytics teams.The Analytics Associate Consultant/Sr. Associate Consultant is responsible for the creation and execution of analytic solutions in support of the Medical Affairs organization for Lilly USA. This role will collaborate with broader MA analytics team to develop and manage key business processes in support of the MA teams analytic needs. The position will develop a deep understanding of various US Affiliate & Medical Affairs focused data sources, create analyses and communicate key outputs. The position will be essential for the delivery of analytics deliverables, working alongside cross functional partners in medical affairs, GOSO, IDS, etc. A variety of projects will be aligned with this position, including analytics focused workstreams that ultimately will continue to establish the analytics capability in Medical Affairs which will enable the organization to make business decisions that are backed by data driven insights and recommendations from analytics.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesProject Execution: primary owner of the following tasks
