Title: Assoc Architect, Automation Location: Bangalore Your role The Assoc Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This role will lead the design, architecture and development of RPA solutions and communicate with stakeholders to ensure they are aligned with business objectives and requirements. They should have mastery of architectural patterns and best practices, including the integration between systems, and ensuring that the solution is secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

• Provide architectural designs of automation solutions to project execution teams that meet business requirements and objectives, spanning all Baxter business units.
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Security requirements across all RPA solutions and establish proactive dialogues and regular cadences with the security team.
• Partner with Leadership and key business stakeholders to identify and solution RPA requests and needs.
• Document activities utilizing Scrum dashboards, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or other agile tools.
• Document all design related software development life cycle artifacts: roadmaps, decision logs, assumptions, technical specifications, etc.
• Review developed automations before production deployment to ensure development and quality standards are properly met.
• Define, establish, and enforce development best practices, team conventions and standards.
• Research emerging technologies related to RPA development.
• Monitor performance of deployed automation platform and solutions to ensure reliability.
• Monitor software provider updates, to identify opportunities for enhancements, and accelerate development for the automation roadmap.
• Provide third level technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.
• Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to ensure the project or product is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring

• Experience leading the design and supporting the strategic direction and deployment of RPA solutions.
• In-depth hands-on application design, architecture, development experience in RPA technologies like BluePrism, UiPath, and MS PowerAutomate.
• Experience implementing RPA technology solutions using complex cloud-based, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Strong architecture design and modeling capabilities.
• Experience consulting with internal customers/clients, translating their business problems into practical solutions and selling the POV.
• Certification in Automation Platforms like BluePrism and MS PowerAutomate.
• Knowledge and expertise to help clients with strategic services like business case, data governance and organizational issues.
• Outstanding project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Interpersonal skills and development of relationships with team members, peers, leaders, and customers.
• Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone, with bias for action and completion.
• Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbal.
• Ability to quickly build trust and establish relationships.
• Must be process oriented and able to define and implement new processes and standards.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. MBA or MS a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in Information Systems, experience in multiple areas of IT.
