Job Title: Assistant Professor (BBA/MBA)

Salary: ?20,000-25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of teaching or relevant industry experience

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Assistant Professor to teach BBA and MBA courses. The candidate should possess a strong passion for teaching, research, and student development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver lectures for BBA and MBA programs based on industry-relevant curriculum.
• Guide and mentor students in their academic and career pursuits.
• Develop innovative teaching methodologies, including case studies and real-world examples.
• Evaluate and assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Engage in research, publish academic papers, and contribute to the institution's academic growth.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the learning environment.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures to provide practical exposure to students.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Management (MBA) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• NET/SET qualification or Ph.D. in Management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to connect theoretical concepts with practical applications.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in using modern teaching aids like PowerPoint, e-learning tools, and case study techniques.
