Assitant Manager B2B - Sales & Marketing 8+ Yrs - Electric Motor Industry- Pune ShindewadiSummary:
Seeking an experienced Business Development professional with 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and production within the automotive & EV sector. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving new business initiatives. Key skills include APQP, supply chain management, and client relationship management.Location - Pune ( Onsite)Key Responsibilities: * Create and implement annual sales plans and budgets.

  • Manage major OEM accounts .
  • Conduct competitor analysis and oversee customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure timely delivery, compliance, and payment collections.
  • Generate RFQs and manage product cost estimation.
Qualifications: * Executive PG in Production and Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Expertise in MIS reporting, APQP, and production optimization.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience OEM , Channel sales , Institutional Sales .
  • Good Communication skills
