POSITION- ASSITANT MANAGER (BPO)
Job Details:
Shift Timings : 8 AM to 8 Pm (Any 9 hours)Working days :6 Days working (Rotational 1 week off)Qualification : Graduate AND AboveExperience : Minimum 1 year experience mandatory to relevant designation from BPO industry.
BPO Sales BFSI Background experience mandatory(INSURANCE BACKGROUND WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE)
Roles and responsibilities-
  • Conducting employee performance reviews and giving feedback to the management as well as the employees
  • Making sure that everyone adheres to the company policies
  • Scheduling and coordinating the many organizational meetings
  • Developing a good relationship with the customers
  • Hiring new personnel as per the requirements
  • Ensuring the efficiency of work
  • Solving various workplace problems from within
  • Addressing the various grievances of both employees and the customers
