Computer skill - MS office - Able to make PPT presentations, Able to write letters in MS word, Basic Excel skills

KARE is a popular brand in bespoke orthotic devices, and we are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about patient care. The job involves building a network of referral base in multiple tier-1 locations, consisting of physiotherapy, doctor and healthcare/rehab institutions, and set-up a supply chain for the prescription, fit and delivery of our custom orthotic products for their customers. The candidate has to travel across the major tier - 1 cities across India. The candidate will also take responsibility and oversee setting up of 2-3 members teams in each location who can continue expanding the services and address and patient care issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• 1. Meeting annual revenue plans and business targets.
• a. Develop business activities in both B2C and B2B areas in your region.
• b. Work closely with our digital marketing team, our telesales team and our
• tender manager to grow SCOOT's reach and business channels.
• c. Assist Business Director in re-building SCOOT's product portfolio.
• 2. Recruiting, managing and developing a team of business professionals for your
• region to deliver the annual plans.
• a. Oversee the day-to-day activities of all team members in your region.
• b. Coordinate activities with other Regional Managers.
• c. Report directly to the Business Director on all activities in your region.
• Establish contacts and performing follow-ups with referrals/doctors on a regular basis.
• Achieve monthly targets.
• 3. Leading the clinical approach in your region to ensure our customers' needs are
• best served.
• a. Support our clinical teams in your region to deliver international quality
• services standards for wheelchairs, seating and mobility aids.
• b. Build relationships and referral systems with key regional doctors,
• institutions, and hospitals.
• c. Deliver professional presentations to raise awareness of clinical excellence
• and appropriate product provision to a wide range of external stakeholders.
• d. Ensure the SCOOT team have sufficient knowledge and understanding of our
• customers' needs and our range of products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
