Salary Details
Care Homes :
- Assistant Nurse: EUR2,700 - EUR2,800 (depending on employer)
- Registered Nurse: ~EUR3,400 (depending on employer)
- Registered Nurse: ~EUR3,200 (depending on employer)
Probationary Period
The first 6-12 months of employment may be considered a probationary period, during which
salary rates may be at the lower end of the scale, i.e., EUR2,250 - EUR2,700 (depending on
employer).
Referral Fees
Up to 9 B1/B2 nurses per month:
German B1 cleared nurse - 1010 Euros ( or equivalent to INR 90,000)
German B2 cleared nurses - 1571 Euros (or equivalent to INR 1,40,000)
Payment timelines - 20 % of the referral fee on accepting the job offer, 50% of
the above referral fee shall be paid to the sourcing partner on the first working
day of the candidate, 30% after the probation period which is generally 6
months post migration.
Reimbursement of 450 Euros shall be made to the candidate by TERN to his/
her account once she reaches Germany. This is towards the language training
and the exam fee cost incurred by the candidate.
10 and more than 10 B1&B2 nurses per month:
German B1 cleared nurse - 1120 Euros (equivalent to INR 1,00,000)
German B2 cleared nurse - 1684 Euros (equivalent to INR 1,50,000)

the above referral fee shall be paid to the sourcing partner on the first working day of

Eligibility Requirements

German language proficiency : B1 level ( B2 is to be completed from Germany)

Salary and Reimbursement
The client will be providing a total of 30K to 40K as reimbursement to the candidate.
A B2 passed nurse with the professional exam too will earn anywhere from Euro-3000-4000 per month. It all depends on experience, hospital and speciality.
B2 German Course Details
Once hired, the nurses will be moving to their facility in Assler, which is about 60 miles from Frankfurt. They will be provided with free food and accommodation.
The nurses will be having a fast track B2 program there. They will train the candidates for 3 months to pass the B2 after which they will go to work and start earning money.
During the 3 months training B2 nurses will not earn a salary as they will be full time trained. Typically candidates take at least 12 months to complete B2 and the nurses exam in Germany.Until they pass the B2 they are only employed as assistants. We will bypass this so they get qualified as nurses and get a higher salary. Our program is fast track so that the earning a higher straight after the 3 months training.
Other Details
The client will share the initial contract letter to the candidate.
The client will do the complete recognition process before the candidate moves to Germany.
