FunctionOperations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, UtilitiesassistantYour Responsibilities
To assist the Senior Assistant - Oil Packaging in the production process in the Oil Mill or Solvent Extraction Plant.
Main Responsibilities:

• WEARING THE PPE VIZ. GLOVES, HELMET, SHOE, NOSE MASK, SPECTACLES ETC. AND FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS. TRAINING THE SAFETY PRACTICES TO CONTRACT WORKERS.AND TOOLBOX TALK/HYGIENE CHECK LIST TO BE ENTERED
• KEEPING OVER ALL OPS AREA /TANKS PIPELINES/MACHINES /UTENSILS ETC AND WORKING AREA, PLATFORMS NEAT - CLEAN AND HYGEINIC / DRY WITH THE HELP OF CONTRACT WORKERS.
• RECEIVING THE OIL FROM STORAGE TANK AND PACKING THE OIL AS PER PACKING PLAN AND MAINTAINING STOCK RECORD
• MAXIMUM OUTPUT IN PRODUCTION BY MAINTAINING GMP/HACCP/SAFETY/FOODSAFETY /EMS/LEGAL METROLOGY ASPECTS
• FOLLOWING CLIT, WEIGHING M/CS & AUTO FILLERS CALIBRATION WITH THE HELP OF CONTRACT LABOUER
• MINIMISING THE LABOUR/POWER/PACKING MATERIAL/ UTILITIES CONSUMPTION/WASTAGE, PER TON OF PRODUCTION
• WHEN EVER MAINTENANCE OCCUR, HELPING FITTERS IN THAT SITUATION
• WRITE DOWN THE SHIFT/HOURLY ACTIVITIES IN THE REGISTER/ONLINE CHECK REGISTER AS PER STEP OF OPERATION ACTIVITIES
• CARRYING OF CLEANING SCHEDULE OF STORAGE/SERVICE TANKS & CCC(CHECK, CLEAN,CHANGE) OF POLISH FILTERS WITH THE HELF OF CONTRACT LABOUERS
• LOADING OF SKUS AS PER DO (FIFO&CP WISE) WITH THE HELF OF CONTRACT LABOUERS
• AVAILING OF PACKING MATERIAL/CONSUMABLES WITH PACKING MATERIAL SECTION THROUGH REQUISTION NOTE AND WASTAGE /CONSUMPTION RECORD ALSO TO BE GIVEN TO PKG MTRL SECTION
• WASTE WATER PUMPING/LEVEL TO BE MONITORED
• SENDING THE SAMPLES TO LAB THROUGH CONTRACT LABOUER AND GETTING RESULTS AND CONFIRMING OK. IF ABNORMAL RESULTS GET, ASCERTAIN OF WAIVE OFF APPROVAL AND THEN PROCEED WITH PRODUCTION
• FOLLOWING ALL COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS AS APPLICABLE TIME TO TIME. APART FROM ABOVE ALL , OTHER WORK TO BE FOLLOWED AS NEED BASED

Your Profile
Minimum of any Engineering discipline or Food Technology with at least 3 to 5 years working experience in a reputable a vegetable oil processing factory in the Oil Mill or Solvent Extraction plant or fresher.
This position has an active, hands-on involvement in the day-to-day activities, long-term planning as well as all aspects of safety, quality, production, plant goals, cost management and employee development.
Functional Skills:
Managing the production, dispatch, Inventory of the packing materials etc and he should also able to manage the contract labors.

• Fluent in Hind
• Knowledge of Oil Soft and SpheraCloud required
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Additional Qualifications: (University degree, diplomas, specialisation in\xe2\x80\xa6, work/job experiences, etc.)

• Bachelor or Diploma degree in a technical field, preferably in combination with mechanical/Electrical engineering
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): (Measurable value used to evaluate success in reaching targets)

Deliver production within scope, budget, and quality while meeting safety goals.
Cross-Functional Interaction: (Explanation of any necessary partnering with the business, HR, logistics, etc.)

• Work together with the procurement, commercial and finance team on production.
