Work experience and essential qualities :
• Minimum work experience of 0-3 years required in social surveys, community ecology, demographic studies.
• Candidate should have experience working with communities and various stakeholders dealing with village surveys, social assessment.
Key Responsibility:
• He/she shall be responsible for undertaking sociological surveys, data entry, management, and preliminary analysis for socio-economic dynamics and human-large carnivore conflict in the project area.
2 . Shall be responsible for implementing all activities assigned to him in the project implementation plan.
3. Shall conduct village-level meetings and focused group discussions to understand the dynamics of
human- tiger and human-leopard conflicts in the project region.
4. Shall implement and monitor interventions to reduce the human-large carnivore conflicts in the project
region.
5. Shall be responsible for training and engagement of Primary Response Team network for addressing
emergent human-large carnivore conflict situations in the project area
6. Coordinate with field-level governmental/non-governmental stakeholders, liaising at the appropriate level
for the effective implementation of activities.
7. Shall be responsible for reporting monthly progress and preparation of progress reports for the project.
8. Provide inputs to the project head and team to plan and monitor the project interventions
