- Experience: 9 to 15 years in handling Industrial Lubricants Channels and possessing knowledge of Industries, Products, Markets, and Applications across at least two regions in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field engagement and support to distributors to achieve business objectives.
- Offer support to distributors through developing a Distributor Value Proposition in identified focus segments.
- Assist the sales team in prospecting by developing a compelling Distributor Value Proposition.
- Develop compelling Reason to Believe (RTB) and case studies to share with potential customers.
- Support in planning promotions and advertisement strategies in the B2B Channel segment.
- Execute and measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing programs.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage digital initiatives for B2B Channel segments.
Accountability:
- Responsible for supporting the sales team in developing marketing tools and programs to achieve channel business plans.
- Accountable for providing proper communication and technical support to the B2B Channel.
Working Relationships:
- Internal: Work closely with Marketing and Industrial teams, as well as other departments such as HR, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- External: Maintain relationships with distributors and other key stakeholder
