Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels. 3. A strong research background with a proven record of scholarly publications. 4. Expertise in specialized areas of the engineering discipline. 5. Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and communicate complex concepts. 6. Proficiency in using relevant software tools, laboratory equipment, and technology. 7. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 8.
