Additionally, the team also provides support on enhanced approvals for resource requisitions, campus hiring program and global mobility.*The role is a part of a GT BMC Risk & Controls Team primarily managing a team of risk professionals responsible in supporting Global Technology key risk programs. In addition, also responsible in overall Issue Management (Identification, remediation, and sustenance), key risk reporting and dashboard to senior management, detail oriented QA supporting and enhancing the monitoring and controls for various processes. Build Risk culture across the teams by bring more awareness around the policies, standards, baselines etc.Responsibilities*

• Acts as a Risk Champion supporting Global Technology BMC organization in driving key initiatives and also builds Risk culture across the teams
• Demonstrates and leverages deep risk, technical and operational expertise to drive the programs in an efficient manner by streamlining the process and ensure proper controls are established and monitor effectiveness of those controls on a periodical basis.
• Experience in handling large complex programs with a mindset of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Perform due diligence on new process intakes and identify associated risks.
• Demonstrates advanced skills in leadership, cross-cultural awareness, operational excellence, risk culture, scope planning, schedule management, project communications, influences with impact, acts with courage and conviction, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Manage the overall Issue Management for the delivery teams. Ensure all observations submitted by the teams are assessed, discuss with respective Application Managers and line it up in concerned forums in submitting as an Issue.
• Drive 100% compliance for Risk related deliverables (Trainings, SIAI Remediations, AIM, Information Wall etc)
• Analyze the observations and identify thematic issues based on the observations submitted by the teams.
• Monitor the controls associated with Payment Technology Control Framework, Models, Cloud Computing, Issue Sustenance etc

RequirementsEducation - Any Graduate/ PostgraduateCertifications If AnyExperience: 15+ YearsFoundational skills

• Deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Change Methodologies
• Very Strong knowledge on all GIS Standards, Policies and Baselines.
• Experience in Vulnerability Analysis, remediation\'s.
• Good understanding of Application Security Standard, IAM Controls , Business Continuity and Resiliency, Third Party Risk Management etc
• Ability to identify and evaluate potential risks and appropriately identify and engage stakeholders for discussion, escalation and resolution. Strong analysis and fact-based decision making. Expected to look beyond the issue at hand and raise questions.
• Effective Communication - Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication. Skilled in facilitation and presentation. Skilled at ensuring commitment by influencing, persuading and negotiation.
• Management & Leadership - Developing capabilities in coaching and mentoring a team of highly skilled Risk professionals. Conscious of adding value to management.
• Relationship Management - At a skillful level effectively manages relationships and acts in a professional manner with customers, peers and management at all levels. Customer focused;
