•The role requires a high degree of independent judgment, fairness, and objectivity. As an Ethics leader, you'll work as part of a cross border team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex ethics & compliance violations issues from strategy to execution while upholding company's code of ethics and business conduct. •Responsibilities•

• •Conducting a broad range of ethics and compliance responsibilities supporting Genpact's Ombuds Program as well as supporting and working with internal workstreams within the organisation's legal framework.•
• •Intake, planning, conducting, and reporting on investigation of allegations received through Ethics Helpline and other available channels of reporting concerns of possible Code of Conduct Violation and gross misconducts.•
• •Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations in a day-to-day work and while handling investigations.•

• •Receiving and investigating reported concerns of possible code of conduct and ethical violations, serving as a confidential and non-retaliatory resource for all employees globally.•
• •Conducting timely, effective and independent investigations; develop investigation plans; conduct interviews of reporters, witnesses and subjects of concerns' collect all relevant evidence; make and report investigation findings; document all investigative steps in the case management system and an executive summary.•
• •Collaborate with key stakeholders across Genpact. Support functional leaders as needed from and ethics or compliance perspective- including HR, Legal, Internal Audit, IT, Security, Finance and Procurement seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.•
• •Advise on policy compliance areas to relevant stakeholders' eye for details for effective transition of the matters more appropriate for handling by other stakeholders, given their subject matter speciality.•
• •Conduct root cause analyses, identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, as well as control gaps, and develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution. Advise on developing and improving policies and internal company processes and provide general guidance on how to avoid deal with similar situations in future.•
• •Draft and deliver ethics and compliance training and communications with subject matter specialists in L&D and Corporate communication functions through an established companywide schedule and cadence, as well as adhoc when needed.•
• •Prepare trend analysis, analysing ethics and compliance data and preparing reports and executive dashboards for management and board members.•
• •Proven ability to lead and execute effectively at all levels of the organization.•
• •Strong knowledge on a wide range of legal subjects, ability to build on this knowledge, spot issues and bring in specialists as needed.•
• •Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines; ability to establish priorities and plan, coordinate and execute on assignments, peer manage relations with colleagues of other disciplines.•
• •Superior communication skills - both written and verbal - with a demonstrated ability to communicate to all "customers" internally and externally to the business.•
• •Demonstrated track record of investigating and resolving complex compliance issues.•
• •Prior experience of working with leading corporate law firm, corporate clients (external or internal; preference for ITES industry).•
•Qualifications we seek in you!•
•Minimum Qualifications •Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in law, business information or human resources.•
• •Good knowledge of Indian laws and international legal concepts.•
• •Should have a good grasp of commercial laws, regulations and legal concepts, policies and procedures related to IT and ITES.•
• •Experience in service industry preferably ITES industry is desirable.•

• •Strong hands-on working knowledge of advanced MS suite•
