Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting strategic goals aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth for both products and services.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
• Oversee the sales efforts for both IT products and services, ensuring a balanced approach to revenue generation.
• Collaborate with product and service teams to align sales strategies with offerings.
• Develop and execute effective inbound and outbound sales strategies to capture new business opportunities.
• Implement lead generation initiatives and optimize sales processes for maximum efficiency.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the client success team to address client needs and enhance long-term partnerships.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market expansion internationally.
• Drive initiatives to penetrate new markets and industries.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales efforts.
• Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Skills Required:
• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT sales and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a BDM, AVP, or Head of IT Sales.
• Proven track record of success in both product and service sales.
• Experience in developing and executing inbound and outbound sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies.
