Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B SaaS AVP Sales with an MBA to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in selling financial or educational software, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing account expansion.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the B2B market.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Present and demonstrate the value of LEO1\'s SaaS solutions to prospective clients.- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets.- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.- Represent LEO1 at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.Qualifications :- MBA from a reputable institution.- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS products.- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Experience in selling financial or educational software is essential.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process and best practices.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills :- Experience in the Edu-Fintech or related industry.- Knowledge of financial products and services.- Familiarity with lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
