Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.Must have skills: Program Project Management (Transformation Projects and AI/ML)Good to have skills: Knowledge of AI/ML, Cloud and Digital Transformation Platforms like UiPath, Appian, and Automation Anywhere
Educational Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education

• Preferably B.Tech with MBA

Summary:As a Digital Transformation Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Your typical day will involve driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery, measuring and communicating progress to leadership within committed time frames, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

• Must To Have Skills: 12+years of experience in Program Project Management.

Good To Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering large, complex projects.
• This position is based at our Noida office.
