What this job involves:

Support regional teams with respect to micro market research and Intel creation.
The role will involve undertaking primary research, local Intel, networking, newspaper, internet and cold calling.
The role will require mapping various asset classes as required based on Industrial client requirement.
The person will have to engage with multiple property owners in allocated base location and understanding the market dynamics.
Support the transaction advisory team to effectively execute & conclude transactions
Articulate and present reports/ deliverables in required detail to reporting manager.
Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate)

Passion for Real Estate
Open to travel, role will require extensive travel to location across the city. Would prefer to have a 2 wheeler.

experience 8-12 years of experience in real-estate
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
