HR Risk and Control Manager will be responsible for managing key actions around governance and risk monitoring across Global Service and Technology centers. Core tasks are:
Partner with Global HR Business Partners and Center of Excellence (COE) leads to ensure proper identification, quantification, and representation of HR People Risk
Setup reporting mechanisms to enable all leadership reporting and representation in global forums.
Provide specialist risk and control knowledge and insights. Promote and strengthen risk culture.
Strengthen Risk culture and drive awareness across region on active risk management for Non-Financial Risk
Acts as a subject matter expert for risks and compliance related matters.
Adopt and implement Non-financial Risk framework.
Enhance and support People Risk Stewardship - Evaluate current key metrics for red flags.
Interface with the Group HR Risk team and ensure region is compliant with all group mandates, and policy changes are implemented appropriately and timely in the region.
Drive and manage Risk and Control Assessments including confirmation of scope, identification of key risks, Inherent and Residual risk assessment.
Requirements
Good understanding and knowledge of Operational Risk and Internal Control principles OR exposure to governance and control environment, such as audit or compliance preferred.
Minimum bachelors degree in any field. Professional qualification such as MBA, PGDM, CA desirable. 8+ years of experience
Good understanding and knowledge of IT tools such as Excel (prefer Advanced).
Ability to identify emerging trends, interpret data, and draw insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to maintain effective working relationships with teams, peers, senior management, and business stakeholders.
Understanding of HR Operations around key functions such as Recruitment, Payroll, Investigations etc.
