He / She will be key member of Distribution HR TA team.The incumbent will lead talent acquisition for Agency Channel (business has 5 - 6 sub verticals which run separate P&L).The incumbent will design and implement recruiting strategies for entire Agency Channel and monitor recruitment procedures, from sourcing to onboarding, managing a team of recruiters and retainers. The incumbent will directly be accountable for hiring quality, budgets and candidate experience for these respective businesses.Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:

  • Annual Operating Plan
  • Scan market potential and overall industry talent landscape and analyze success profile for the businesses.
  • Partner with CVP HR to co - create annual operating budgets, plan and initiatives that will be our core differentiators and provide these businesses competitive edge by ensuring 100% module completion as per Business AOP.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Evaluate current and future staffing requirements in alignment with our business strategy and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Collaborating and consulting with the Channel Heads and his / her Direct Reportees to understand growth goals, develop a recruiting strategy and prioritize the business needs well within stipulated timelines
  • Apply strong business acumen and strategic thinking to align talent acquisition with business objectives and identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Drive process compliance by proactively identifying risks and mitigating theme
  • Managing escalations keeping business interest first
  • Recruitment Cycle Ownership:
  • Understanding diverse business requirements and the hiring function's deliverables in depth, Devise sourcing strategy for each of these verticals and businesses and develop a candidate pipeline, Ensuring a healthy pipeline till closure, report sourcing risks upfront
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding exceptional candidates across various departments.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance the employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Partnerships & Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, universities, industry groups, and diverse networks to tap into top talent pools.
  • MIS & Dashboard :
  • Develop understanding of new hiring practices, market intelligence and trends in the industry
  • Providing recruiting activity management reports and metrics
  • Build market intelligence on the hiring landscape and utilize this information for hiring the best talent
  • Generating periodic reports and dashboards to analyze trends for management's review
  • Co lead data related automation initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices and compliance
- Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects. * Travel if needed to identify future roadmap of frameworks that will overall improve employee satisfaction across channels.

  • Set objectives, conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines

Job Specifications:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with min 15 yrs of experience
  • Must have worked in an environment having used Automated processes for hiring.

  • Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can function effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to negotiate and actively facilitate change in culture, strategy, process etc.
