The AVP-HR will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition processes, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization.- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, referrals, and campus hiring.- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance the organization\'s reputation as an employer of choice.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans to meet business objectives.HR Business Partnering:- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.- Proactively identify HR issues and trends within the organization and develop tailored solutions to address them.- Work closely with department heads to drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices.HR Policy and Compliance:- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and advise management on potential impact and necessary actions.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with HR policies and identify areas for improvement.Employee Relations:- Handle employee relations issues effectively, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations and recommend appropriate resolutions.- Promote a culture of open communication and mutual respect to foster positive employee relations across the organization.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred.- Proven experience (8+ years) in HR roles, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, preferably in the BPO or service industry.- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques, with a track record of successfully filling positions at various levels.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR practices in India.- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be an advantage.
