Job Title Assistant Vice President - Operations (Asset Services / Property Management) Summary The role will be responsible for managing all aspects Asset Services Operations and Client handling for around 8-10 sites in Delhi NCR region. Major Responsibilities:
Manage multiple site operations which includes electromechanical aspect of residential as well as commercial properties.
Contract Management- Renewal of agreement, revision of commercials, execution of document automation and Risk assessment.
Procurement of manpower, tools and consumables, AMCs management and inventory stocking.
Redefining and Implementation of Operational System, Standing Operating Procedures, PPM Schedules and Processes in alignment with the SLA and to support KPI.
Preparing cost sheet and proposal, ensuring billing and timely release of payments.
Ensure that ISO/OSHAS/EHS standards are implemented and maintained.
Operational link between B2B relations, Technical advisor and Vendor Management.
Recruit, train and guide subordinates, technical staff at sites.
Ensuring 100% statutory compliance by sub-contractors.
Maintaining high standards in terms of documentation, efficiency,
Incident Reporting, Root Cause Analysis, planning corrective and preventive action.
Supporting Business solutions team for new business pitches, site survey & proposal etc.
Timely monthly invoice processing and payment collection from various clients.
Supporting new client transition
Ensure harmonious relationship with RWAs/ Developer and team.
Qualification
Diploma/Degree-Electrical/ mechanical
Work Experience
Minimum Experience \xe2\x80\x93 12-15 Years
Skillset-
Preferable from Marine/ Hospitality/ FMS Industry Background
Should be smart with good written & verbal communication skills
Should have excellent team management skills
Should be enthusiastic and confident
Excellent interpersonal relationship
