• Provide expert guidance to clients on market risk assessment, including market risk measurement methodologies, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
• Develop and implement advanced pricing models for financial products across various asset classes, including derivatives, fixed income, and equities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors to assess their impact on client portfolios and recommend appropriate strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to clients\' specific needs.
• Lead client engagements from initiation to delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing industry best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in market risk management, pricing models, and capital markets to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Actively participate in business development activities, including client prospecting, proposal development, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc, or PhD) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in market risk management, pricing models, and capital markets within a consulting firm, financial institution, or regulatory agency.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a focus on driving tangible business results for clients.
• Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis, financial modeling, and programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and actionable recommendations for senior executives.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing project teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or PRM (Professional Risk Manager) are a plus. Ability to travel as needed to client sites.
