Basic Functions

• 12+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in delivering analytic results in client-focused roles
• Minimum 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a management or leadership capacity
• Strong executive-level client facing skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to a non-technical executive audience
• 10+ Years of experience in the enterprise application design, development, support, with 6 years of ETL experience using Big Data tools.
• Extensive Experience in Data Modeling, Data Integration, Reporting & Analytics, Reference Data, ETL & BI Tools, Data Quality concepts, Data Governance & Security, Enterprise cloud data warehousing, integration, preparation, and visualization along with artificial intelligence
• Translating project-specific needs into a cloud structure that will suit those needs and considering the project needs in terms of resource usage and scalability.
• Designing the cloud environment from a holistic point of view, ensuring it meets all of the company\'s requirements.
• Carrying out deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and management tasks within this implemented cloud structure.
• Overseeing cloud security.
• Completing the integration of new applications into the cloud environment.
• Offering training and guidance to all whose roles bring them into contact with the cloud structure.
• Keeping on top of usage of space in the cloud and making sure the structure is operating at full efficiency.
• Working with business clients to understand their needs and to implement the cloud strategies designed to meet those needs.
• Conducting migration, where necessary, to bring tools and other elements into the cloud.
• Working with virtualisation technologies to achieve effective server management for the business
• The role will involve meeting with senior client executives at Director, VP, CXO levels (for Data Management, BI, Advanced Analytics, Analytics-led Digital) with prospects/clients, understanding their pain-points, designing high-impact \xe2\x80\x98demonstrable\xe2\x80\x99 solutions, and most importantly, following up hot leads to a winning closure
• Build senior and strategic relationships through delivery excellence (where applicable)
• Tightly collaboration with EXLHealth Products (Clinical, Pharmacy, Payments and Life Science) and Solutions teams to develop embedded analytics solutions
• Learn from the market and inform solution/service and product design
• Leverage hands-on understanding of multiple analytical skill-sets and projects to drive support service delivery in successful execution in emerging areas e.g., cloud, NLP (select projects only)
• Consolidate learning from multiple projects to help develop new services and solution offerings in partnership with SME\xe2\x80\x99s, solution architects and product managers
• Research emerging technology trends, reflect on market direction and create a direction for operations/service delivery to stay a step ahead of future demand trends
• Work seamlessly with other teams including Operations, Sales, Account Teams, and Technology

Essential Functions

• Deep understanding of the US Healthcare value chain and key impact drivers [Payer and/or Provider]
• Knowledgeable and cognizant of how data management and science is used to solve organizational problems in the healthcare context
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to \xe2\x80\x9croll up your sleeves\xe2\x80\x9d and work with a client to create timely solutions and resolutions
• Experience ramping up analytics programs with new clients, including integrating with work of other teams to ensure analytics approach is aligned with operations
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Collaborate/communicate with on-site project team and business users as required
• Design, develop, deploy, test and maintain technical assets in a highly secure and integrated enterprise computing environment, Design client-side and server-side architecture & Support functional testing and UI/UX testing
• Cross train & mentor team members for complete knowledge of technologies.
• Produce scalable and flexible, high-quality code that satisfies both functional and non-functional requirements

• Quick learner with ability to understand product\xe2\x80\x99s functionality end to end.

Primary Internal Interactions

• Review with the Overall Product Manager & AVP for improvements in the product development lifecycle
• Assessment meeting with VP & above for additional product development features.
• Train & Mentor the juniors in the team

Primary External Interactions

• Work with the Executive Team & CXO\xe2\x80\x99s to ensure client needs are addressed.
• Communicate with onshore stakeholders on a need basis.
• Help the Product Management Group set the product roadmap & help in identifying future sellable product features.
• Client Interactions to better understands expectations & streamline solutions. If required should be a bridge between the client and the technology teams.

Technical Skills

Required Skills - Experience in Cloud Azure & NLP Technologies, Functional SME in Technical Analytics, Deep Knowledge on Claims & Payments Lifecycle in US Healthcare, Full Stack Technologist with knowledge on ASP .NET, SQL, SQL Server, multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) & back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js), Should have worked on IAM, Security Groups, Access Control Lists, (simple queuing), (notifications) and (Relational Database Service), related services.

Tools

• Knowledge on atleast one of the following,
• Enterprise business intelligence platform (Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, Microstrategy, Cognos)
• Enterprise data warehousing platform (Oracle, Microsoft, DB2, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Data Analysis Tools \xe2\x80\x93 (Online analytical processing (OLAP), ETL frameworks)

Servers Knowledge

• Apache Spark and Data Bricks
• HortonWorks & Cloudera distribution of Hadoop. Other distribution knowledge is add on.

Skills Nice to Have

• Experience on Big Data Tools \xe2\x80\x93 not limited to \xe2\x80\x93 Python, PySpark, HIVE, HBASE, Sqoop, CouchDB, MongoDB, MS SQL, Cassandra, Kafka
• Container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and so on
• Microsoft Azure Certification is a must.
• Certifications on SDLC & Agile Concepts is a good addition.
• Understanding in infrastructure & latest industry trends.

Working Hours

Education Requirements

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from top tier colleges with good grades, preferably in a relevant field including Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent experience
