OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

To help organisation achieve the goals of customer experience and customer life value through meaningful client engagement leveraging MarTech solutions by collaborating within marketing & business functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Weightage

  • Design & execute campaigns to support communication to various customer segments and personas of Clients /policy holders to build engagement
  • Manage creative development of email templates, landing pages, SMS, WhatsApp, banners, carousels, and other dynamic creatives etc
  • Craft marketing automation workflows along with media (email, sms, whatsapp etc) calendar planning, campaign implementation and execution.
  • Support business teams with MarTech management solutions to acquire, retain and engage customers
  • Monitor, report and analyse performance to improve open rates, click through, conversion rates, increase ROI, prevent contact fatigue, and optimize the content strategy and journey.
  • Analyse past and current campaign performance & propose ways to increase engagement through analytical learnings. Execute A/B tests and other optimization strategies where necessary.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Data, HTML/CSS templates, list segmentation, email opt-outs (DND Management) and other aspects of email execution, as required.
8. Ensure that the organisation\'s brand, voice, and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.

9. Keep a track of budgets and expense, impact created by marketing interventions and competition activities & ensure full adherence to SoP

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications:

MBA - Marketing (Full Time)

Work Experience:

Experience:

\xc3\xbc 6 years +

\xc3\xbc Specialisation: Creative development, Campaign management, Digital Marketing, UX/UI, LI product and distribution

Necessary (Positive):

\xc3\xbc Familiarity with database management, Analytics and MarTech tools

\xc3\xbc Communication & creative skills

\xc3\xbc Ability to handle work through multiple agencies and vendors

Preferable-

\xc3\xbc MarTech manager , Campaign Managers , email marketing managers

Certifications:

Other skill set:

Team handling experience

Must have experience in MarTech

Good exposure of working with IT and Business team

Proactive and assertive in approach
