:Job Title : Business Analyst - Regulatory ReportingFunction : Fund Services
Job Type : PermanentLocation : Mumbai / BangaloreShift : EMEA / AmericasPosition:This position is for a member of the Global Products Team supporting Global Hedge Fund, Private Equity & Debt Fund clients. The Product Team supports the development and implementation of automation initiatives for complex fund structures along with multiple asset classes across jurisdictions with specialized accounting services.Responsibilities:Development and Implementation of a Regulatory Reporting Module for Hedge Fund & Private Capital clients. This would require as a minimum subject matter expertise in the following areas:

• Preparation or Audit of SEC Form PF Returns

• Preparation or Audit of NFA CPO Form PQ Returns

• Preparation or Audit of AIFM Annex-IV Returns

Profile Requirement:

• Preferred Masters in Finance & Accounting or Chartered Accountant

• 8-12 years\' Experience gained in operations, audit or advisory on those topics

• Should have good experience of preparation or development of and Annex IV returns

• Experience in working across country lines and operating in a global, multinational organization, ideally in a matrix structure

• Demonstrable accomplishments relating to organizational change activities in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work in fast paced dynamic industry

• Positive attitude, team player, pro-active and ready to accept challenges

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
