We are looking for someone who has a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations (365, NAV/BC and/or AX/F&O) and consulting, and can form and lead the team.
This individual will be responsible for building, maintaining and leading high-performance team of Microsoft consultants. In this role you will help shape the delivery of Microsoft engagements. A successful Practice Head can hire the best, retain the talent, build mechanisms to drive process improvements, and meet challenging SLAs and KPIs. They operate with a high degree of ambiguity while being able to re-prioritize to meet changing business needs. This role has direct exposure to senior leaders within Yash, requires strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Sales and Pre-sales (Most important)
Work collaboratively with field sales team to understand Microsoft Dynamics leads do the consultative selling.
Lead business sales efforts, craft and develop solution approaches and requisite proposals and successfully engage with the clients.
Network and develop relationships with new clients and partners.
Work with marketing team to build GTM strategy material, participate in webinar to enhance Dynamics sales and branding.
Work with account team to build GTC strategy for Dynamics.
Delivery
Accounts \xe2\x80\x93 For all accounts, understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s business, business strategy, Account planning and industry direction and manage a long term, sustainable resource portfolio to help Microsoft Business growth within these accounts.
Understand sales opportunities stage, and proactively forecast for delivery.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of Company\xe2\x80\x99s relationship with them.
Own the project delivery for customer satisfaction, quality, and cost.
People Management
Hire right talent for projects and pool requirements with appropriate forecast decisions.
As a thought leader effectively communicate the Dynamics business units goals to every level and align their performance.
Work with Architect\xe2\x80\x99s team to identify for quarterly learning goals and implement across all levels.
Own the Dynamics competency certification goals and drive the team members to meet the goals.
Prepare and implement mentoring framework at all levels to align the team members aspiration goals with Microsoft unit and Yash\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
Be the champion of performance management by metrics to identity right talent for rightful compensation and benefits.
People retention by proactive scanning of the people risks, work with the \xe2\x80\x9chigh-risk\xe2\x80\x9d employees and retain.
Be on top of industry people compensation and benefits and work with HR teams to influence to course correction to our policies.
Leadership and Process Excellence
Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of customers in an ever-changing business environment. Contribute to and leads strategic plans and documents for Yash.
Partner with diverse teams of Account managers, external vendors, Talent Acquisition and Resource fulfillment teams.
Establish collaborative relationships and maintain close communication with the senior management team, as well as with other key internal stakeholders to identify potential opportunities and ensure alignment on current projects.

Should have previous experience leading and growing a Dynamics ERP Practice or another ERP/Business Systems practice.
18+ years of working on Dynamics projects/products. Dynamics ERP and CRM implementation experience
Dynamics ERP and CRM Certifications are a huge plus
Advanced understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
Expert knowledge of waterfall and agile ERP implementation methodologies
Degree in information systems along with business degree and accounting designation is highly desirable
Should be conversant with Microsoft product portfolio \xe2\x80\x93 Azure Infrastructure, Azure Applications, and Modern Office.
Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high growth environment
Willing to travel \xe2\x80\x93 as much required.
