Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Individual Productivity- Need to manage brokers and the requirements with regards to quotes, structuring the program.
• Manage relationships with clients with structuring the programs, swing deals in HDFC favour.
• Completing the targets assigned and scout for new clients, brokers to create new relationships
• Coordination with UW, Operations, claims
• Work on end to end solutions to brokers and client requirements.
• Co-ordinate between internal customers like sales, UW, Ops, RI and get the work done related to policies / endt / quotes etc.
• Complete designated work and manage internal and external customer expectations.
• Adhere to various TAT's related to servicing of corporate clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,560,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Experience:

• Insurance sales: 2 years (Required)
• Team Handling: 1 year (Required)
