Excelfront provides remote execution services in the field of Bookkeeping, Year-end Accounting, Payroll processing, Back Office Support Service, Corporate Processes and Customer Support Service. The experienced team has on-field work experience of several years in North American and English environment. Excellence at core drives the quality ensuring best services to clients in various sectors all across the globe.The RoleResponsibilities: Review and monitor on below -

• Managing all accounting transactions
• Publishing financial statements in time
• Handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Client management and communication wrt multiple clients
• Guide and support the team wrt technical work aspects
• Review the files and share with leaders
• To perform all relevant tasks in absence of leader
• To supplement and support the leader to deliver and meet business demands
• To maintain and be consistent wrt existing client management
• To be responsible for new client onboarding
• To ensure timely turnaround of files without compromising the quality of work
• To motivate, inspire and recognize the team on a timely basis for maximum work output
• Team management / Team Building

• You are a either an Inter CA / Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• You have at least 3 years experience within a Accountant (General Ledger) or Bookkeeper role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry industry.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
