About Us: Ghori Fashion Designer is a renowned fashion company dedicated to creating unique and stunning fashion pieces and is present on various social media platforms. We are looking for a Assistant Tailor to support our tailoring team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various types of dresses and styles, comfortable working in videos, and capable of organizing the workplace and assisting in various tasks.

: We are seeking a skilled Assistant Tailor who can assist our lead tailors with designs making, dress making, and organizing the workspace, and who is comfortable being featured in our videos. We focus on Indian Traditional women fashion so proficiency in those is must.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead tailors with Ideation, Designing, Creating, sewing, etc.
• Perform basic and advanced tailoring tasks such as cutting, stitching, and designing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Organize materials and tools, ensuring everything is in its proper place.
• Participate in video shoots showcasing tailoring techniques, fashion tips, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Follow instructions from senior tailors and support them in various tasks.
• Handle all types of helper work as needed, including fetching materials, setting up equipment, and preparing workstations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in creating various types of dresses and styles.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a tailor or in a similar role (1-2 years).
• Proficiency in garment construction and various sewing techniques.
• Comfortable working in front of a camera and participating in video content.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain a tidy workspace.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and a passion for fashion.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and garment styles.
• Have strong knowledge about classic Indian women fashion like kurti, suits, blouses, saree etc.
