Role & Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Build and maintain high energy positive team spirit, strengthen bonding between artists and other team players. \xe2\x97\x8f Managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including overseeing walk-in clients and providing exceptional service to customers to turn them into repeat clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage studio atmosphere and hygiene as per the company standards, keeping the vibe alive all the time. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide personalized customer service to create an immersive experience for each customer. \xe2\x97\x8f Strictly adhere to studio operational SOPs & Processes \xe2\x97\x8f Handle inbound queries of the clients, manage appointments, book consultations. \xe2\x97\x8f Arrange training sessions for the artists for their skill development. \xe2\x97\x8f Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase studio sales & following up with potential sales leads. \xe2\x97\x8f Preparing a roster for the team and managing artist transfers and guest spots to ensure that the studio is fully staffed at all times. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinating with the design team and clients to deliver designs on time and meeting client expectations. \xe2\x97\x8f Communicating with the HQ sales team to increase sales and identifying process gaps to help the HQ improve processes. \xe2\x97\x8f Managing customer complaints and objections in a professional and efficient manner. \xe2\x97\x8f Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager to keep them informed of the studio\'s performance. \xe2\x97\x8f Accurately maintaining the CRM and data entry to improve data health and drive data-driven decisions for business growth. \xe2\x97\x8f Managing daily cash, depositing it in the bank, and updating the records. • Assistant store manager: 2 years (Required)
• Senior store executive: 2 years (Required)
