Job Summary Responsible for maintaining inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors R&R

In charge of Food Ingredients and Packing Material storing including physical maintenance with accuracy and following safety standards.
Ensure Receipts are properly accounted for with the authorised person.
Ensure material availability against monthly plans & escalations of issues to the concerned person in advance.
Work out material requirements & get approval for PO with the respective person
Forward PO requirements to the concerned department & follow the PO with suppliers and Transporters
Follow FIFO and Shelf life for materials kept in stores
Forward Daily / Monthly / Stock reports and Reconciliation reports to the superior
Monitor work assigned to the team and ensure effective utilisation
File the documents accordingly
To work in integration with the respective departments
