MYDESIGNATION, the leading youngster brand, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support in leading and overseeing the operations of our outlet in Trivandrum Lulu Mall. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively assist in managing the team and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning.
• Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
• Support in monitoring and managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and maintaining adequate stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist in driving sales growth and achieving targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote brand loyalty.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
