Roles and Responsibilities :
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on sales strategies and customer service standards.
• Conduct inventory management, including ordering stock, managing shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., food safety).
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
• Strong understanding of FMCG operations, grocery industry knowledge preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
